Dollar General — Local services in Tioga

The only worker that causes problems there for me and my family is the kid named Matt with glasses. He is rude to me and my family and probably many other people who try to save money by couponing. I told him to put my stuff in a bag and he got mad and said “get the f out of here” and asked for my receipt and he said “so you can coupon some more”? I’m baffled how they let someone like this work here. He seems like he doesn’t want to work and will get ticked off if you digital coupon. I will be inquiring with the district manager and doing complaints because it has just gone too far with the harassment when shopping there. Another time I walked in and yelled “oh it’s you again the couponer” when I didn’t shop there in months. I have bad memory and check my sticky note at the register to remember what my items I need and he gets ticked off...

I need to know how to get a hold of somebody who works at this store because nobody will answer the phone . I’m pretty sure that’s part of the job. I called yesterday. I’ve called today. Nobody’s answering. I rented a rug doctor. The damn thing don’t work. I want my money back. I’m in the process of moving, but you will see me tomorrow and I do expect my money back. I don’t know the girls name that works there, but she is a skinny Caucasian, short blonde haired girl that seemed like she really needed to be somewhere else than at work. She had such a bad attitude right from the start when I was at check out. She was short with me just bc I was ready to check out. I didn’t call for her while she was somewhere in the back. I just waited until she was done with everything. I did ask if my daughter and I could use the bathroom and she rudely told me someone was in there, and repeated it when we were just waiting our turn.
