Walmart — Local services in Tipton

So My fiance and her little brother that has autism was at this store shopping around 12pm jun 16 2023 he had a melt down because the store was out of flags he got violent toward my pregnant fiance this manger and a older lady that work there went above and beyond to calm him down and they found him a flag I was working at my shop when my fiance called me while he's having a meltdown to have me come get him or take care of him and calm him down so I left to go try and calm him down but those 2 employees at Walmart got him to calm down I wish I had there names but I don't but both of them should have one hell of a raise and be promoted because they didn't have to help my fiance but they did and I am very...

The store manager is a total douche, why u ask? Well because there was a vacuum cleaner on the shelf for 39.99, so we get it and go to check out but come to find out it's in the wrong place so it wasn't that price, it was more. I know for a fact and we proven it if it's in the wrong place because the employees are incompetent, that we get it for that price. But no that wasn't that case that day he was totally rude and on the black Friday deals when they say the deals start at such and such time, IT'S A LIE.... in fact they do it whenever so when u show u at that ti.e ur supose to start, everything's gone!!!! Tipton Wal-Mart don't have nothing and the manager is a total ..... Well I just won't...

I love the local Muscatine Walmart! Overall, it is a great store. I just wish they didn’t stop everyone at the doors. Unless you highly suspect I am a thief, please don’t stop me at the doors when I am leaving - it’s an insult!!! No other stores around have this policy of harassing customers who are exiting the store and detaining them to check their receipt with there cart. If they have a theft problem, they should work on that more specifically- this cookie-cutter approach of treating everyone like a thief is insulting. Change this ridiculous policy and the Muscatine store is hands down a solid 5 stars. I just can’t give 5 stars with that...
