Regions Bank — Local services in Tiptonville

I've had a lot of problems with this bank. I would not recommend it to anyone. I've had several overdraft charges that I shouldn't have had. I never received checks when I opened my account yet I had 2 checks come out of my account in almost $3000,00 total. I've called and spoke to several different people about this and still have not got an answer. I've had to order like 7 different cards in the last 8 months. When you do that you still have an open account for all those cards. My cards kept getting compromised yet no explanation as to why. Money was deposited into wrong accounts of "mine". One was for a secured credit card to build my credit yet money was taken from this account instead of my personal account which made my card go in the negative and my credit score go way down. There was money in my personal account for the transaction. The only answer I got for that was we can't change your credit score!!. MOST DEFINATELY NOT A GOOD BANK TO DO BANKING WITH!!! TO MANY UNRESOLVED ISSUES. THANK GOD THERES ANOTHER BANK COMING SOON. HAD SIMILAR ISSUES WITH CADENCE BANK!! THERES ONLY 2 BANKS HERE AND NEITHER ARE ANY GOOD! AT CADENCE MY INFO WAS BRECHED THEY DID GIVE ME A FREE YEAR OF IDENTY THIEFT PROTECTION. THERE WAS ORDERS FROM AMAZON ON MY ACCT THERE THAT WAS NOT MINE THEY DIDNT EVEN REFUND ALL MY MONEY! On 6-15-23 I made a large deposit in this bank with Autumn Morton. I told Autumn that I would need part of the funds for a upcoming real estate closing. The two cashier's checks were put on hold until 6-22-23. A simple phone call to my Credit Union in Minnesota could have verified the funds. Autumn promised the funds would be available to 6-22-23 .two trips to the bank today and the funds are still on hold The jerk teller has no idea what Customer Service is all about. My closing is tomorrow so with the issues of Regions holding my funds I don't know if the closing will happen tomorrow. Regions collects interest on funds they put on hold so they are in no hurry to release funds that should not have put on hold in the first place. Went in to open a checking account with a credit card And ATM, they forgot to sign me up for a credit card next day. I went in and asked about it. They filed it. I said it was turned down because I had a past due Doctor bill. That was in dispute and I have over 700 credit score. Never been laid on a bill. Payment of any kind in last 10 years?
