It was 6:30pm on a brisk and cold winter's Monday night. I pulled up to this fine eccentric establishment. I was tired and run down, but I thought, "one last stop before home." When I walked into the building, it was warm. The warmth could've been coming from the A/C or the cashier's warm smile. I was greeted with a "how are you doing today?" I then walked around the aisles browsing the selection as this was my first time inside of the store. I got to around aisle 6 when something caught my eye. That's right, a big 3 liter of Faygo Cola for the astonishingly low price of $1.86. I knew I must purchase this item as quick as possible, as it may not be available anytime else with such a low price. I went to the front where the handsome cashier waited to check me out. I noticed there was something I had forgotten, ramen noodles. Frenzied, I asked the cashier if they had ramen noodles and if so, where might I find them. He replied "Aisle 4 sir." I bolted down the aisle as fast as I could to grab the Ramen as it was a red tag special and was only .51¢. I returned to the front when I got a sudden craving of something sweet. At the checkout lane, there was an assortment of chocolate candies on a shelf. I frugally picked out a sleeve of mini m&ms. The cashier opened his mouth to reveal his soothing voice again "if that's everything the total will be $3.18." Without a moment's notice, I handed the tendered funds. He gave me change back. When I was getting ready to leave and picked up my big bag grocery sack, I noticed an assortment of machines at the front of the store. All 25-75¢. I couldn't help myself, I indulged. I provided a quarter to the lucky chicken which promptly spit out an egg with a basketball inside. I then had 50¢ left. I used it to buy a tattoo out of one of the other machines. I had an urge to put it on right this instant, so I queried the cashier once more about the location of their restroom. He provided me with the, to this day, best directions I have ever received from anyone and anything (that includes my GPS system). I went to the bathroom and applied the tattoo. After I was done, I showed the cashier my tattoo where he had nothing but good things to say about how it looked on me. Super friendly store and awesome environment. I definitely will be back. Thank you Jerry Hollingsworth for putting blood, sweat, and tears into the wonderful...
