Won't buy from them again and I don't recommend this vendor. I ordered trimmer combs (wrong ones) via Amazon and was very disappointed at the quality of the clipper combs. Looked and felt like they were 3D printed in the back room, just cheap and cheesy. They were unacceptable even before I tried to fit them. I emailed the vendor and their initial reply indicated that they were immediately on the defense and later stating that they were the same quality as manufacturers (that just wasn't true as I own other clippers and combs) further emphasizing that I ordered the wrong part and regardless of the quality of the item, it was my fault they needed to be returned. (No return label issued.) Well, my net after return shipping and the original shipping deducted would have been negative so I decided to cut the loss, trash the items and let everyone know that they need to beware before buying from this "Outlet", via Amazon or direct. I debated buying a new Series 9 or reviving my Braun. My old shaver works fine when plugged in, but the batteries no longer charge. I decided to invest $60 to refurbish my shaver with a new circuit board and batteries. I watched the installation video on this very page, the only instructions I was provided and carefully followed each step. No dice. Does not work. At all. When I replaced my old circuit board, it works fine plugged in. When I examined the new circuit board, I noticed significant burns on the front and back.

I called shaveroutlet to report the problem and they blamed me for not removing a tiny blue adhesive from the circuit board that resulted in the short circuiting of the unit. They offered no further support and refused any refund, despite that nowhere in their instructions did they make any mention of the blue adhesive.

So I'm out of luck and out of $60. Do not buy. Do not trust. Horrible...

My Braun Series 7 shaver head began to rattle after three years of regular use. I reached out to Braun Service and they referred me to Shaver Outlet repair service. I called them, and they immediately identified the problem and offered to provide the replacement part or do the repair for a small service fee plus next day return shipping. Although I have repaired a variety of things in my life, I was unable to make the repair. I sent the shaver, and the part I’d purchased to them, they made the repair and had it back to me within a few days. It’s been a week since the repair and the shaver works like new. The repair, including shipping, was far far less than a replacement would have been.
