My recent visit to Toccopola Grocery was nothing short of spectacular, and it is clear why this spot is a local favorite. I ordered the hamburger steak, which was cooked to perfection. Juicy and smothered in a rich, savory gravy with onions on top. This meal felt like a hug from my Mom to me. So very good. My date had the 8oz ribeye and she could not stop talking about perfection that was in the seasoning, perfect temperature and cut of meat. This place is fantastic! The customer service is outstanding. This is just a wonderful, country, old fashioned, family run restaurant. The menu has everything from appetizers, salads, burgers, chicken, steaks, catfish and homemade desserts. They have a nice selection of items on the salad bar. The burgers are handmade patties. The catfish was cooked to perfection. Cornmeal coated. The hush puppies were tasty. We were stuffed but made room for banana pudding cake and a fried peach pie with ice cream. The portions of everything were huge. The prices are very reasonable. You won’t be disappointed. Great food....

Toccopola Grocery is the best restaurant around. The ribeye steak is the best I have ever eaten. They have the freshest salad bar. The ribeye sandwich and Philly cheese steak are also very delicious. The fried cheese curds, fried pickles, and sausage platter are also fabulous. The customer service is superb! My favorite waitress is Mercedes. They treat everyone like family. If you go once, you will keep going back. They are only opened Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 5 til closing. I sure wish they were...
