MacDonald's Pharmacy — Local services in Todd Township

Cannot say enough about MacDonalds Pharmacy. The pharmacists as well as employees are always so helpful and caring and willing to help in any way. They always have new and wonderful gifts in their store. Lastly, I cannot praise Bridgit Martin, massage therapist at their facility enough. She’s the best. She has helped me on so many levels, physically, mentally, emotionally and even spiritually. I’m always up for something different or new to try and Bridgit always has something up her sleeve. I struggle with an autoimmune disease and she has helped tremendously with my pain. I don’t like to write reviews but this was totally uncalled for. I was due to get my prescription through my doctor which stated may fill on or anfter June 13th and insurance due to increase in dose was approved. The pharmacist was very rude and disrespectful and acted like I was a drug seeker when they have no right to tell me when I’m able to pick up my prescription if the Dr and insurance both approve. This pharmacist must have a terrible home life and wants to make other people’s lives miserable. I’ll be there to get my prescription today. And will won’t be giving them my business in the future. This is always been a good Pharmacy for me, but I lost three days of my vacation due to this one pharmacist on a power trip. TOTALLY...

I have been using this pharmacy for a while and I had my doctor call Two prescriptions that he wanted me to take. I went to pick them up and I only received one so I asked why and where my other prescription was and the pharmacist basically said I was a drug addict and said that he wouldn’t fill them until he spoke to my doctor. So I called my doctors office and told them what he said, asked them to switch all my prescriptions back to Express Scripts because I will not be labeled as a Druggie. I did not appreciate that he labeled me without even knowing me.
