Good and bad with this place. The good is the location is very easy to get to, the security folks were really nice and pleasant (which makes a change from the grumpy people we can deal with), and the load time was very decent. The bad (mainly) is the way you enter the facility (see pic with drawn line) and if you're not careful, the rail tracks & ground can do some damage to the lower bodywork of your truck, and there are few areas where there's a relatively deep drop off at some locations of the tracks, which will not be good if you end up catching them. Also, if the timing is off, you need to wait for the rail cars if they're on the move. Plus your trailer has to be pretty much spotless with no odours, damage, or wooden sides else you will be rejected to be loaded. It is a flour mill, so it's understandable, but still. As noted, the route to the docks is indicated by the red line (which IS the path you have to take to get to the docks). Stop at the gate (be careful not to miss it as it can be easily done), then go check in with security. They will explain how to get to the docks, which are on the North side of the facility. Overall, it's actually not a bad place to pick up a load from. As long as you make sure your trailer is clean, not damaged, and doesn't smell, you shouldn't have any issues.

Check in 08:30 am I already cleaned trailer before checkin Got dock righway After one hour got call from security trailer got rejected needs to be broom again (they didn't approve or reject trailers on security gate u have to go on dock backup once they are ready to load you then they will decide reject or approve trailer) They told me do not clean trailer inside their facility I went to pilot 7 miles away 🧹 v trailer again 😳😅 On entrance 3 trucks ahead of me Took 15 minutes again to checkin Then they approved trailer got loaded within next 1 hour For pprwork took extra one hours bcz few trucks ahead of me I am attached pic of cleaned trailer when ist time i checked in Its not dirty i dnt know may be i missed some dust inside ?? So totally 3.5 hours for me Give 4 stars ti security they were nice

Terrible shipper. My driver arrived with a clean trailer and was rejected supposedly because there was red paint on the wall. The driver went to check and noticed it was just tape. When he went to tell them, they threatened to call the police. Then they told me they wouldn’t load him because the walls were made of wood which makes absolutely no sense. This is a 2025 trailer.
