Esther made a protein cake for me for my birthday as I am not able to handle a lot of “sweet”. It was a custom order for a banana and peanut butter cake (protein packed). Esther's food is amazing. Make a point to try items from her food truck if she is in your area, it'll keep you coming back for more! Having a sweet tooth I'd say the same about her chocolates.
