Dollar General — Local services in Tom Bean

The store manager here is very disrespectful!! The way she spoke to me in front of other people was very degrading. If your someone that uses digital coupons. And for some reason your total isn’t right and you just wanna know if all your digitals came off right then don’t go here cause the store manager won’t tell you which ones came off and she won’t help you. She will simply say if something didn’t come off there’s nothing we can do. Which all I wanted was for her to tell me which ones came off so I could make sure my total was right. Another employee was trying to look at a receipt I had from the store in Howe for the similar transaction and she took the receipt out of her hand and said she’s a worker and that she is the manager and that she is telling me that all stores are different and that not all digitals come off for the same things at every store. Over charged $60 in last 3 weeks. 1st time took items back, got refund and went to family dollar instead. 2nd time checked receipt outside and got things fixed. Correct prices are not displayed, sales stickers are left after sale ends. I've been told it's the new system and to read the dates. Sales items are not showing discounted prices on receipt and THEY KNOW, unless you bring it to their attention they don't care. Aisles are cluttered, ladders are left in the way just waiting for a lawsuit when a child climbs up and falls. I'm glad there's a new Family Dollar Tree...

I had the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at this dollar general. Both the manager and one of the employees was incredibly disrespectful and quite frankly embarrassing. When I ask a question the manager gave me a very rude response I asked if she was having a bad day and she said yes and it’s about to get worse. Not sure what she was implying.
