I don't know if the owner knows that his employee, Sam, is rude, condescending and confrontational. I went in there, asking for a refund, Cash purchase and receipt in hand, non food item. He refused the refund and treated me like I was suspect because I asked for a refund. Please consider that I am a respectable, local customer treated like I should need to make explanations why I wanted a refund. He would not even listen to my explanation. This is a Valero Franchise.
