WOWOWOWOW grooming at this place is amazing. I have a border collie named Cooper with really bad anxiety. Never been anywhere but home. Not friendly with other dogs. HATES tools of any sort. My dog had a horribly matted butt from my own mistake of shaving where his poop would get stuck. My vet who cut his nails last traumatized him, he wont even let me touch his feet. i was SO hesitant to take him anywhere because his anxiety was is bad. But i just couldnt watch him be uncomfy anymore, it was inhumane. So i researched MANY places and decided to try Willow Creek in Tomball and wow am i glad i did. Very thoughtful; Brooke (groomer) did a meet n greet with my doggie a day before the actual groom so we’d feel more comfortable and decide if we want to move forward or not. She listened so well and didnt brush anything off that i was concerned about (I had a million and one concerns). She understands behavioral cues, stressful situations and much much MUCH more. She also fixed my dogs butt and paws and then some more!! Also, what a perfectly wonderful staff. Nicole (i think thats her name) was SO SO sweet over the phone listening to my every concern playing as the messenger between brooke and I. The girl checking me out was also so freaking sweet. Couldve been nicole as well but i forgot to ask what her name was. Overall such an amazing place and so clean and welcoming. Cooper got his own private room away from stress and it was perfect for him. Thank you Brooke, Nicole, and the rest of the amazing staff! And to whoever keeps it clean, very nice to walk in somewhere with so many dogs and it smell good and be clean! (Btw i literally cried because i was so happy Cooper finally got the treatment he deserved and the comfort he needed. I am a forever costumer. Already set my next appt.)
Read moreIf you care about your pet, DO NOT leave them here!!!! I am honestly sad to write this review as we have loved Willow Creek but things have drastically changed here and have gone down hill. I have a 5lb maltipoo I have boarded regularly here. He is always placed in a room with tiny dogs his size until this last time. I called to check on him as we were gone for a week and I wanted to be sure he was eating ok etc. I was told he had been moved to another room with energetic dogs 3x his size because the yorkies in his room were “grouchy”. I was worried about his safety since he’s 5 lbs and asked that he be moved back to the room with dogs his size. They argued with me and told me no. I asked to speak with the owner (that never happened) and finally spoke with manager Colin. This guy was incredibly rude and condescending. I explained I was very worried about my dogs safety with the larger dogs and he dismissed me telling me they knew how to run the business. I literally begged for my little dog to be moved back in with smaller dogs and he said he would try and call me and let me know. I waited until the end of the day without a call back so I called. I spoke with a young girl who told me that my dog would not be moved in with dogs his size and would remain with the larger dogs. Being 1800 miles away I was panicked and had my son drive in to pick up my dog. I also had him bathed before leaving. He wasn’t dried which caused matting. He also came home with a cough and runny nose which resulted in a visit to the vet. I have yet to receive a call back from the owner. We paid a premium here for boarding services that put my dog in harms way and left him sick....
Read moreI used to take my Golden Golden Retriever Lucy to Willow Creek all the time; however, the insensitive and rude owner certainly showed me the lack of care they have for the animals. My Dog was ATTACKED by another dog while they were kept locked in the same room together, instead of being let outside to play. Instead of informing me, they waited until my friend picked her up and they informed him of what happened and asked if he had Neosporin on him. When Lucy came home, I found out the news and was understandable, dogs can be dogs and things happen. So I called and asked what happened and was informed it was not Lucy's fault and that she was a good girl and sorry about the incident. I said it's ok and just asked not to be charged for my puppy's visit that day. Instead the owner denies my puppy being attacked and rudely say's "fine" and hangs up the phone on me. After calling back 7 times, she finally answered again and told me that my dog was not attacked again and I should send her pictures of the bite. The pictures below are the pictures I sent to her. She continued to deny that my dog was attacked and did not want to reimburse me. She tried to tell me it's not the same dog because of the discoloration or that I shaved it... At this point she lost my family as a customer but I still had to do a lot of convincing to for her to reimburse me for the day. However, I still have not received a refund. TERRIBLE OWNER! There are like 5 dogs with no leash running around in the lobby at once, which is cute but very distracting watching them and not watching my puppy which I trusted them with. I recommend AGAINST Willow Creek...
