We reached out to KC Custom Cabinets in October 2021. We explained that we were having all bids come thru only that week to lock in our contractors for a full kitchen/first floor demo to start in January 2022. Liz was at our house the next day taking measurements & explaining the process. We received our quote within a week!

While they do not have a full “showroom”, they were open to us visiting the working warehouse to see their craftsmanship at work. Everything is of the finest quality! We made several unexpected visits as questions arised as the project advanced. They were very accommodating with all of our additions from the initial scope of project.

We are a family of five with very specific needs & wants in regards to the kitchen. They were able to find a solution for every functionality & every look that we wanted.

Clint & Jeremy were incredibly professional & careful on install day! They even made a trip back a couple of days later to help with a few things when hvac was here.

We began working with Kansas City Custom Cabinets back in February off 2023. By the end of March we had a basic design of the cabinets chosen and a quote, as well as an initial install date of early September. From then until production of the cabinets we made numerous changes. Liz was so easy to work with. Any changes or questions we had were met with a quick response, no later than the next day. Be prepared to communicate with her through email. That way everything is documented and drawings can be attached for your approval. KCCC was within a week of the projected timeline given back in March. The cabinets were installed in one day and attention to detail of the cabinets themselves, and their install was outstanding. Now, any job of this nature is going to have issues/problems. And here is where the rubber meets the road. How a company responds to those situations after the job is completed and they have your money, is critical to your satisfaction. Our issues were resolved 100% to our satisfaction within two weeks. We knew we wanted our kitchen redone from top to bottom but we weren't sure if we should get prefabricated cabinets or if we could afford to get what we actually wanted. Jeremy came out listened to us and how we currently used our kitchen before making any recommendations. He then showed us a sample stain on the type of wood we wanted to make sure we were truly satisfied in our choice. Now with the project completed we can't even believe we considered going with prefabricated cabinets. The quality of the custom made cabinets is so much better at a comparable price. Clint and Jeremy worked with us and acted as a general contractor providing subcontractors for our hardwood floors, drywall fixes, painting and tiling. At the end of the job their wasn't one square inch that in some way wasn't retouched or changed. Remodeling a kitchen is stressful and not something anyone wants to do a second time, but if we ever need to call someone to remodel our kitchen our first call will be to K.C. Custom Cabinets.
