Another perfectly completed project with our go to- Town and Country Services. - 9/23/25

Nick L. was outstanding. He was so thorough with his inspection and then immediately went to work fixing our issue. We didn't think we would even get our inspection until the following week but he modified his schedule to fit us in. When he was done he left us with a solid plan on how to proceed to see if we needed more significant work. Thankfully we do not but we would not know that without Nick's excellent recommendations and fantastic work ethic. Highly, highly recommend Town and Country (and Nick L. in particular for plumbing) for all your house needs, especially if you've got an older house.

John S. did stunning work. It is so incredibly clean and well done, it's like a pipe and wire work of art. I was shocked. He was very nice and thoroughly went through each of the final pieces with me and made sure I didn't have any questions. I will say it every project we complete but Town and Country really are the most professional, courteous, genuine people. They are the only people we trust with our 125 year old house and they've proven over and over how much they deserve the praise. Another great job! -----Original review from 2022 job--- Town and Country's dedication resulted in our water heater being covered fully by our very old warranty. Without their tech spending hours fighting with the company we must work directly through, it would have cost us thousands of dollars. It took a full month to get our water heater in and installed and sink showers sucked in the meantime but the company was responsive, helpful and everyone had a great work ethic. They even sent over iced sugar cookies (look how cute they were) as a thank you for choosing them which they didn't need to do but it arrived on my very special day- much appreciated. Very disappointed in the overall quality, craftsmanship, knowledge, & customer service aspects of this company.

My husband and I reached out to Town & Country Services to replace our furnace, air conditioner, & all ductwork in our basement & crawl space. It’s important to note that a job of this size was estimated to cost us $18,000, so I would not consider this a small job for the company. We were extremely impressed with the company, up until the day came for work to actually be done.

On the first 3 day visit to our house, the job was “completed” according to the company; however the craftsmanship was very subpar. This job required the installation of a new vent in our bathroom, which resulted in the technician incorrectly placing the vent on top of a floor joist & chipping the tile. Ductwork was incorrectly installed & all of the old ductwork in the crawlspace that was supposed to be replaced was never replaced. We notified the company and had another representative come to assess the work that had been done, which is when we were blatantly told numerous things had been done incorrectly, moreso than what we had even recognized.

The second visit consisted of a different technician coming to our house to redo almost the entirety of the work that had already been completed in our basement. The crawl space was never inspected, so it was after the second visit that we realized the ductwork in this part of our house was never replaced.

The company then had to come back a third time to replace all of the ductwork in the crawlspace, a part of the job that should have been completed during the initial visit.

Despite all of this trouble we’ve had with the company, not a single person has reached out to follow up on the work being done. After spending $18,000, I would expect someone to follow up because of the numerous issues we’ve had. Whenever we call the company to talk to a manager, we are told he/she is unavailable & are always redirected to someone else.

5/23/25 Jim did a great job doing our yearly Minisplit maintenance. Jim was professional, thorough and friendly. He was also great with our 13 year old dog who from time to time had to "sniff out" wha he was doing. I would highly recommend Jim and T&C for your all of your home's HVAC needs.

Past reviews We have been using T&C's home maintenance program and couldn't be happier! We have a boiler for heat and ductless mini-splits for air conditioning. Ben G. recently came to check out the boiler and made sure it is ready for winter! While he was here - checked our radiators and all of our mini-splits filters! Ben was professional, thorough and happy to answer my questions!

Town & Country provided a very thorough, reasonable and affordable estimate for a variety of electrical needs. They were exceptionally accommodating with getting a representative to the house quickly for the initial quote, (Thank you Justin)!
