Worst experience ever at this location. Never in my lifetime or in the trucking industry have I’ve ever been cussed out by a store employee. My bad I had light black stuff on the bottom of my shoe from a customer. If it was such a big deal you could have approached me differently. Instead you cussing at me and telling me people don’t know how to do s right and people don’t have any common f sense. Like you’re a maintenance worker or janitor I’m sorry your job sucks, but you get paid to clean. I know this you do that to the wrong customer it might end badly. For the foreigner cash register workers. Your attitude sucks just as well always angry. Regardless what time of day I come in, but I’m still not happy about your maintenance person yelling and cussing at me. So this store can close down for all I care. I know this I’ll never step another foot back into this location. Thank goodness your other competitors around your store have no issues when I go into their stores. So I’ll rely this into corporate even though you might be a franchise. The customer keeps your doors open without them you have nothing.

Update as of 4/13/24 Called the manager and never heard back since I called. That was almost 2 weeks ago so that should tell you something. If the upper management doesn’t care then I don’t care about your store. I’ll never step foot into...

I drive through Tonkawa and usually stop at the place next door for fuel. I decided to try the TA for lunch. I ordered the Big Poppy. There were 4 people working at the time. A young gentleman cooking my order , which took over 10 min for a double cheese burger and fries. The ice machine was out of ice, there wasn't any napkins anywhere. The other three guys weren't doing much. One was pacing around like he was lost the other was walking around eating ice cream and the other was just standing down at the till looking at everyone. Not to mention it was probably 100 degrees in there. The price on the ticket the young guy gave me was 19.87. I gave the guy just standing at the till 20 dollars. Then he said that doesn't include the tax and added another 2 dollars. And the food , you think that sense it took so long to cook it was done , no the pattys were undercooked and the fries were burnt, when I got our to my truck I ended up throwing it out. I have been to many truck stops in my 18 yrs of driving this place is the worst so far. If I could give a negative star it...

This is a warning to other drivers. Please don't buy the fried chicken at this location because it will be a total waste of money. I made a big, big mistake and bought a chicken breast and thigh and they where as hard as a brick. I wouldn't lie to you. This was also when they had just started serving the chicken so it's not like it was sitting around. It was at 10:30 in the morning. I couldn't believe it because it looked good but man looks are deceiving in this case. I really wanted my money back because it was so tasteless, hard as a brick and nasty also. And on top of that the mac & cheese was also tasteless, nasty and cold. Which I don't understand because I waited thirty to forty minutes for them to get that ready to put out. So I bought two products from them that had just been put out for sale early morning that was a big nasty dud. Stay away if you don't want to wast your money on...
