This little market and gas station is my favorite stop in the nearly 3,000 miles I drive every summer. For the last 15 years, this place has been essential for the trip from the tip of Southern Nevada to the northern Oregon coast—in both directions. It’s perfectly situated on the longitude line through central Nevada, and always has been for gas, and lately, for the sub sandwiches made by the kind women who operate this Mecca. Good staff, good little deli with fresh ingredients and fresh baked bread on site. Best sub sandwiches I've had within 4 hours or so from here. Some people say its expensive, lmao definitely not at all. Go to the store in hadley and you will see expensive. Weekly deli specials go out at 11 i think she said. Its not that expensive considering where its located. They have soft serve ice cream cones during the summer. Slots are a big hit or miss just have to be that lucky person at the time. Great...

It's tradition to always stop here and get a sandwich on our way home. We've been huge fans of their sandwiches for over 10 years. Hands down the best sub sandwiches ever! I live next to Jimmy Jones, Port of Subs, and Subway...they don't hold anything compared to the sandwiches at Shoshone Market. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the 10 cent difference in gas from the other gas station. They are usually cheaper or the same as the other gas station.
