37th & Wanamaker Walgreens pharmacy:

Friendly, polite customer service w/a smile! Weren't 'put out' Quick turnaround! Transparent Good selection/stock.

Reduced 1 star bc: hours are not convenient (close earlier than most. 6/7pm closed Sundays -prices seem to be higher on most meds (comparing many discount cards), but it's worth the efficiency & sanity in getting your medication IMO.

Only glitch was the price they charged was much higher bc they didn't show the Optum discount card price stated for that location, & we're unsure why. She did her due diligence though, & remained pleasant. Otherwise very satisfied!!!

Several good experiences, great customer service, & willingness to help (despite being in a sometimes thankless & under appreciated role working in a pharmacy).

Walgreens at 37th and Wanamaker has been out of my child’s prescriptions on numerous occasions. What is the point of a pharmacy that doesn’t have the medicine you need?

When you have a sick child, and as a parent you’ve done everything you should, like taking your kid to doctors appointments and x-rays and everything in between, you shouldn’t run into issues when picking up your medicine. It basically defeats the purpose of doing EVERYTHING ELSE when the pharmacy fails you.

We are changing pharmacies. We deserve better. My child deserves better. Shame...

There have been multiple occasions when we try to pick up a prescription and thus pharmacy is not open during the stated business hours. Today however is the most ridiculous. A drug was called in this morning. Walgreens texted my husband at 12:57 to tell him the drug was ready. He got to Walgreens at 1:32 and they were closed and will not be opening until Monday because of staffing issues. They didn’t bother to call customers who may need a drug. We won’t be using this...
