U.P. Foods Sarazin Enterprizes — Local services in Torch Lake Township

Ordered 2 jars of jam online. When the package arrived via fed ex, the box was ripped open and only one jar was in it. I refused the delivery per the fed ex driver, who told me it would be shipped back to the sender. This was in early December. Subsequent emails to UP foods were never answered, and I have not been credited the charges for the products. This is now March. I get that the shipping damage is not on UP Foods, but the non responsiveness of these folks is atrocious. I would never do business with these people again.
