EDIT: You'll notice they responded telling me to use their live chat to see where their order is. I already wrote in my review that I had done that. Quite frankly I don't believe this company actually has any material in stock and they are simply acting as a drop-shipper for building supplies. I'm attempting to cancel my order now, I will respond to let you all know how that process goes.
Don't trust them for a quickly needed item.
Ordered an in stock item on the 12th. 5 business days later the item has yet to be shipped and I'm being told it is "scheduled to ship in 3-5 business days". This is well beyond their 1-4 days on in stock items.
Their customer service is a joke. I was told they are "at the mercy of factory production" and that they would "reach out to the factory".
What factory? This is an in-stock item. There is not manufacturing involved. Its one thing to say there is a delay, there is another to outright lie about the reason.
I just need to know if I'm going to get a message 2 weeks after ordering that these items are being put on back order. For the price their charging per item and the price they're charging for shipping I wouldn't consider this operation a "bargain" especially when they're going to cost you a ton of...
Read moreI ordered a recessed kitchen light from this site because it advertised an exact match for the brand I have installed, which is no longer available at local hardware stores. I paid a premium in order to get the exact match, versus settle for a replacement from a different brand at my local store.
Unfortunately, the light that arrived was not what I ordered, and instead was a knock-off brand. To add insult to injury, the price was significantly higher than that available (for the same light) at my local store.
If I had wanted an off-brand replacement I would’ve bought it locally for less and without the 10-day delivery delay.
I expected electronic bargain store to immediately own up to their false advertising and make the return/refund process seamless. I have experienced the exact opposite.
After initially trying to justify sending a product I did not order, they subsequently directed me to fill out a return authorization form, which has gone ignored for a week.
I’ll now pivot to working through my credit card company to dispute the change.

Read moreI purchased a light from their website. When I received my order the incorrect model of light was sent; I specifically ordered a Halo model #LT560WH6935 and was sent a LT56079FS1EWH.
I wrote them and asked if I could get the correct one. They wrote back and said Halo doesn't make that model anymore. In return, I told them the light has a different tone/hue to it, it was very noticeable, and I would like a refund with free shipping. They sent me a generic return form and right at the top it says shipping fee not covered.
Awful customer service, no apology, no offer to cover everything when they have a page misrepresenting the item and then to make the customer pay again and more to ship it back.
I really try to support small businesses but this is why Amazon is king; I never have any return issues with them, I can always speak to someone through any channel I want (chat, phone), they take care of the issue promptly, provide generous return dates (i.e., 30 days) and last but not least, they apologize even when its not their fault but the manufacturer of...
