Came in the other day to get some feed. But my card wasn’t working because my bank was experiencing an outage. So I asked if they would hold the bags took my name and number and said they would contact me if anything changes. Then came in when my card was working they told me they didn’t have a hold for my name and they put the bags back and I would need to go get them. I asked why they didn’t contact me and she got very defensive and started getting upset like I was attacking her about it.
