David E. came to my home after a horrible experience with another wifi company and he blew me away! He was so nice and pleasant and professional too! He explained things to me in words i understood. He not only took care of me, he took care of my daughter and her fiance upstairs too. He checked and double checked everything was working right before he left and made sure i knew he would come back at anytime if i had any issues. He wasnt put out at all. He was happy about doing his job and it showed. we were all comfortable around him and he didnt make us feel like we were bothering him. Thank You so much Dave for taking care of us! Read moreDidn't get to call until 4:00 p.m. or so to report that a storm knocked a tree branch down onto the wire connecting internet to house on 12/30. Not only did they verify that was the cause of losing service, they put me on "Priority" changing date of service repair from 1/3/25 to "later tonight or tomorrow"! And they let me know a tech would be calling me within 15-30 mins of arrival. Sure enough, within a couple hours, Dave M called and said he would be there within half hour and even though it was dark out, he got to work and within 1 hour, we had internet service!
