I mostly enjoy going to Tonawanda Indian Baptist Church, but that's not the only place to find wonderful people on the reservation. Visit the Community Building with its many artifacts and authentic examples of Native American crafts: there's generally someone there who can explain the culture. The reservation itself is not necessarily a sightseeing destination, since it IS the sovereign nation of the Tonawanda Band of Senecas and we need to respect the citizens' right to privacy, but there are many shops along the main road (Bloomingdale) where visitors are welcomed.
