Criss Market — Local services in Town of Amity

This is wonderful little store that works hard to meet all the needs of the community. They are well stocked with the basics & their meat department is excellent. They have a large spice section. Their prices are lower than the big corporate run stores in the area. They make good salads & hot lunch special along with subs. Not particularly clean or welcoming, staff and other customers sloppy or non-compliant with state mask mandate. Makes me wonder what other safety regulations they may be slack about. We shopped there once, having just moved to town, and always preferring to shop local. But the blase' attitude of the cashier, and her mask under her chin, were a turn-off even before we got to the scant shelves. We won't be back for...

Today I went in to get a few items. 5 total people including me in this small store. I was the only one wearing a mask. The cashier didn't even care to wear one. Two other customers walk in as I'm about to leave, again not wearing masks. Glad you dont care about your health but please respect others.
