I’ve dealt with auctions and auctioneers on every level imaginable, from the completely ridiculous, to red carpet events with auctioneers wearing tuxedos. NCS, in my opinion, does an excellent job of both organizing some very challenging auctions, as well as running these events bumper to bumper with ease. I buy quite a bit from NCS and I find a wide assortment of interesting items for reselling in my online stores and find some real bargains in the process. The new facility is great and the staff is a tight knit family group that makes all feel welcome and like old friends. It’s very poor business practice to sell an item and not inform customers it will require serious repairs. We purchased a skid steer for over $18,000 under the impression it was in good working order. Right after purchase we had to take it in for over $4,000 in repairs. We later found out the auction company had been using this item for setup of the auction so they were well aware that this product had issues. We also informed auctioneer Duke before leaving the auction that something was wrong with this machine. He said he’d talk with the owner and get some money back which he failed to do. This auction house is a joke. They package like kids using trash materials, and too that off they broke a solid metal lamp that I was enthusiastic about receiving. I got the run around from Kathy about it getting fixed for over a month just to have her tell me it was not able to be fixed. I would avoid any and all online interaction with this amateur auction site. I have still yet to receive a refund for the item they broke. Very disappointing and poor...
