There is nothing more delicious in the world than a helping of buttery pancakes and fresh maple syrup. It's the perfect way to warm up after a long winter, and if you are in the mood for good pancakes, the Arcade Center Farm Pancake house is the best place to be! They are only open for a few months out of the year, but it's something I have looked forward to year after year. The pancakes are thin, and with the addition of fresh maple syrup, they truly melt in your mouth. I'm hungry just thinking about them. If you go during maple weekend, the restaurant will be packed and you'll be lucky if you don't have to wait for a seat. But I promise, it's worth the wait. The weeks before and after maple weekend are the best times to go. The restaurant is less crowded, but the food is equally just as delicious. The restaurant is cash-only, so be sure to come prepared. They also usually have a selection of goods in the store front, and you'll probably want to bring extra cash to stock up on maple syrup, local honey, or jams. The staff is incredibly friendly as well. I've never had a bad experience here and would highly...

All you can eat pancakes with real maple syrup and / or other (not all you can eat) breakfast items. Delicious food. Rustic, but nice. Very popular. Wait time to be seated can be significant. Check on dates and hours that they are open, before you go there. Separately, the premise's also has an (operational) old wood fired maple syrup making shack, call for its...

This was our 2nd yr that my cycling team rode out there from the city of Buffalo for some amazing pancakes and maple syrup around! Great people and service. They held onto a mini-pump I left there from last year. For us, its always worth the 100 miles ride out and back. For you, it will be worth the drive....

Such a great place to visit and have a delicious pancake breakfast. February, March, and April they do an all you can eat pancake breakfast every Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 2pm. They also have a nice little store where you can buy canned goods, local honey, fresh maple syrup, apples, and more. Cash only!

I love this stand/store just about 1 mile outside the Village of Arcade. Local produce, jams and jellies, and a cooler stocked with local favorites like apple cider, Cuba Cheese curds and Angelica Bakery Salt risin' bread.
