Unbelievable my dad got this place for a big family reunion seemed awesome. when we first get there WiFi doesn’t work but host got that figured out for us . The first night we didn’t use the home theater and went to jacuzzi 3/4 of jets don’t work and floor around jacuzzi was not properly sealed. It being on second floor caused flooding through the entire rec room. Normally not a huge deal but really sucked because we had to set up a bed in that area because the listing lied about the amount of rooms. One room is literally a hallway to the theater with two queen beds in it. Another room is a loft connected openly to another room. Obliviously not a big deal if all little kids but our family our all grown up with partners of there own. After day one we decided to try out theater room because we were planning on some big movie nights with everyone. Tv was on for maybe 30 minutes and all these yellow spots started popping up on it making terrible to watch tv and honestly gave me a headache. We reported it to him and he replied trying to blame us for it. Very rudely I might ad. finally enough was enough and we just said we expect a new tv here given we planned on using it. He replied with hope you get use from the other tvs. Finally with enough arguing he sent someone the next day to switch out the tv. From that point on seemed like the trip was going to be alright. There were also a lot of minor annoyances like no curtains, make shift doors on bathrooms and doors and rooms you could literally see through. (This place was obviously built by hack carpenters) but so what that kind of stuff we could deal with and started turning it into a decent trip. However today a day after we left he tried charging my dad 800 dollars for breaking his tv. He even used the pictures we sent him as his proof with airbnb and said his cleaning people didn’t notice it(I surely hope his cleaning crew isn’t sitting and watching tv). Tv was an obvious manufacturing malfunction and would probably get money back from manufacturer. He also then calls my dad after my dad said we will not be paying that and we will be leaving reviews everywhere and he says that he had the option to have the cops remove our family from the premises and he didn’t so, so we need to leave him alone. This was all unbelievable we payed thousands of dollars to use his makeshift hacked together house and have to deal with all this. I can not emphasize enough do not rent from this...

It was fun very creative and adequate amount of entertainment like 9 hole mini golf, arcade units, movie theater, hot tub, pool, sauna, pool table, darts and a gym. Could be maintained a little better, maintenence product was accessible like furnace, water etc... things that you may not...
