Inukshuk Alpaca Menagerie & Country Shoppe — Local services in Town of Ashford

I had heard about this place through a work connection. The alpacas are cool to see, but I was there for the shop. Based on a recommendation, I got a few pairs of socks. If you've never had a pair of real alpaca socks you're missing out! They are super comfy and warm, but my feet never get too hot. There's some sort of sorcery going on here. I wanted to have them for a few months before writing a review. They are durable and have maintained their performance admirably over that time. I work on roofs and my co-workers are stunned that I'm wearing what some would consider "winter socks." The biggest thing is that they keep your feet dry!

If you are in the area, you owe it to yourself to stop by and pick up a few pairs. There are other cool items available, as well. I'll definitely be stopping...

Inukshuk alpaca ranch is a most loving and caring alpaca ranch situated amongst the greenest and tranquil of nature's country lands. Highly recommend for children and families to come so they can meet and pet up close in person each alpaca as you can enjoy as much as they like , being fed carrots and apples. Absolutely incredible! Jon and Angie share their whole Menagerie with such grace and sincerity. The knowledge and compassion they have is so very amazing. A tremendous time, the dear alpacas, and llama, plus great pups, cats, geese and chickens, are friendly, I wish I could take all of them home. Also, a visit to the gift shoppe is a must! We will be going back, often!! We did reserve a time, but stayed way longer and we were made to...
