Monster's Recycling — Local services in Town of Babylon

Don't know what they doing... I called from Newark N.J. and spoke with one of the guys on the phone, he said sure we have that part, i said great im on my way. After traveling almost 2 hrs i got to Monster's and they never had the part i called in the morning to confirm.i tell the guy but you said you had it and i came from Newark for this and he was just looking lost.So he calls another junk yard 40 mins away tells me they got the part for me and its 25.00 Dollers cheaper...upset i go to the place he send me and they never had the part i wanted.....First and last time going to Monster's Auto Part Recycling.just a big waste...

Placed an order for parts, was told by “Albert” that it would be delivered following day. The following day, parts never came I called to see what happens and Albert says sorry no delivery drivers today and that he would send out the next day. Next day comes and now he says he no longer has my order complete because he sold my parts to someone else. Horrible customer service. They will lie to you and tell you they have something just to take your money! SCAMM ARTIST WORK HERE! Those 5 star reviews are clearly from owners family and friends. There’s nothing 5 stars about this...

SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!! Bobby and Vinny the best yet! Bobby treated my dad as if he were his own father. He took care of all he needed. Vinny worked on my dads cars as soon as he pulled up.
