My Home Gym — Local services in Town of Bainbridge

I had joined in February. . Thinking I was able to get back to working out after a long battle with my health. I got a membership for my self and my partner. End of February i found out I wasn't able to work out and was sick and had a procedure done. I had called no response. Emailed on the 3rd that I would like to cancel do to unforseen health issues. No response.. I was charged for March..I was also charged more then my contract stated. Emailed several times. Finally with a rude response: " I'll look into it" now neither myself or my partner used our membership in March at all as he was caring for me. When asked for a full refund I was told no .that I would receive a courtesy when I re enrolled on the start up fee. I then said as a courtesy I should be refunded as I attempted to cancel and no one got back to me. And I was unable to leave my home. She then said I will refund yours and not your partners as he wasn't sick.( as he was home to care for me). Keep in mind they can see neither of us used the membership in March. I find that greedy and very rude and uncompassionate to my situation. For 40 bucks you'd rather be rude and...

Best gym in the area. The owners are hands on and involved in every single day to day aspect and constantly make changes and improvements to satisfy the needs of a diverse gym clientele. They are also very involved in the community, hosting weight loss challenges, sponsoring charity football teams etc. There is a free weight room, cardio room, group fitness room and machine “strength circuit” room all completely separate from each other, no other gym in the entire area provides that type of privacy for people and their individual workouts/needs. They simply ask that you follow some very simple rules (common courtesy really) and wear clean shoes while working out. They work very hard to maintain a friendly, inviting, safe and clean facility that is accessible 24/7/365 to members. The gym is also under 24 hour video surveillance to provide members with peace of mind while working out alone, late at night or early in the morning. You really can’t ask for...

If I could give less than a star I would. The owners are RUDE. My son put his shoes down in their muddy parking lot. I know that he should not have done that. When he changed into them, there was mud on his shoes. I did not notice. They called and told us to be careful. The shoes were for their gym only. They are always in our car. If there lot was clean it would not have been an issue. I fell more than once on the ice and mud. I saw that his shoes had residual mud the next time we went. I clean his shoes off completely. I cleaned the floor. The owner Mike called and was irate with my husband. He was rude. He said it cost hundreds to clean the treadmill. How can that be when I clean his shoes off completely. I am...
