I would use her without hesitation. We had lined up another company that bailed on us very last minute, and by minute I mean 45 days prior to the sale of the house she left us scrambling. Tammi Rae came by, looked at it all, said no problem she could handle the entire 3 floor house and 2 car garage and she did! Amazing service, prompt response, and the place was spotless when she was done for the final walk through and sale of our parent’s house. Not one complaint. The other person who does estate sales. My husband and I were estate executors, and Tami Rae was running several other sales when I contacted her, but she heard my story and readily accepted another sale. She came in and took care of everything for me. Once she started the sale, I never had to contact her or check in on her. There was zero stress for us. Overall poor communication regarding when to pick up items for online auction and the need to bring your own boxes to haul stuff home. When paying in cash, she was unable to make change for $20, which was questionable when it was during the required pick up time. Would not recommend and will not buy from auctions she manages...
