I used to love shopping here.
Made my first trip to them since the pandemic started, and I left disappointed. None of the employees wear masks. There were a few customers without masks as well, which I know is somewhat out of their control but they could enforce it.
They’re currently selling tee-shirts that have graphics that mock people who wear masks.
It’s a very confusing atmosphere. They have hand sanitizer up front and markings on the floor every 6 feet. They have signs all over the place encouraging everyone to be safe. Then you see the employees without masks and the tee-shirts.
I’m sad to say I won’t be supporting them any more. I really want to support our local business, but when they don’t believe in keeping the public safe that’s the end...
Read moreThere are too many pluses to point out here. The only drawback is a very dusty road in the summer because of the traffic to their store. The deals are incredible. Juice for 50-75% off store prices. Cheese, frozen desserts, meat, and vegetables as well as boxed goods significantly marked down. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help as they can. Their treat bin holds great finds for 1/10 of the retail prices and holds a special attraction for my kids since these snacks are the flavors they want to try in a store but I am unwilling to buy because they may not like them. This place was really hard to find. Never thought a place that I could buy groceries would be in the middle of no where.
Was told that this was a good place to go shopping and find great cheap deals. I would like to disagree. Somethings yes but alot of it was very pricey or I could find the same product at my local Walmart for cheaper.
The positives:
The store was very clean, and the staff was very pleasant. They were very eager to help me.
Definitely wont be driving all the way out...
