We love having the option of a Farmer's Market. We were encouraged when we saw the list of vendors and that the location was changed to the Bethlehem H.S..
However, it's a bit on the boring side. Would love to see performers from the school (Choral, Musical, etc) and other school involvement. Maybe something value-added for the little ones? E.G. games, face painting, balloon animals.
Perhaps place the Farmer's Market "Booth" at the entrance to welcome patrons, highlight new vendors, hand out relevant flyers, etc.
The variety could be better and we would like to see all of the vendors consistently participate. Would also love to see the hours expanded to 2pm.
Finally, more trash receptacles are needed and there was at least 1 vendor whose location made them inaccessible to those of us with...
