⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped by ROES Farm in upstate New York and it was such a great experience! The produce here is incredibly fresh — the sweet corn was some of the best I’ve ever had, full of flavor and perfectly crisp. One thing you absolutely can’t miss is their sunflowers — only $2 for a big, beautiful bloom that brightens up your whole day. 🌻 I also highly recommend picking up their apple cider, which is refreshing and full of that rich orchard taste. And don’t leave without trying the peaches — they’re honestly to die for, juicy and bursting with sweetness. The farm stand has a charming, rustic feel and you can tell everything is grown and offered with care. If you’re in the area, this place is a must-visit for fresh, local, and delicious produce.

This is one of my favorite local farm sources and I travel a good piece to get there. Open from very late spring to just about February, you can get local veggies in the summer and then starting in August, local fruit which is available, even out of season (apples) until the beginning of February. They also offer hard to obtain winter root vegetables: turnips, rutabagas, onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes. These were once upon a time standard local fare, but are more often then not shipped in from California, now, or South America. Buy local! Their cider is also delicious, and to my mind,it is quite a treat to saunter in on a late December day to pick up so root vegetables and also have a sip of their delicious warm cider. Other treats include local honey, New York State award winning cheeses, and locally...

Always love coming here. From apple cider, lots of fresh high quality apples, jams, and spreads produced on site from the apples of Roes Orchards, this place is fabulous and has really delicious offerings. They also have a small selection of very fresh, clean produce such as carrots, potatoes, onions, and parsnips, to name a few. They also have apple cider donuts available Friday-Sunday and they are out of this world amazing. Laurel who works at the checkout also makes the experience very enjoyable, she is so kind...
