The health benefits of raw honey is one reason that we buy our honey from Brighton honey. Honestly if it had no health benefit at all we would still buy this honey, it is simply delicious. I have it in my tea every morning and my husband likes it on his cheerios. It makes the most amazing honey mustard and I have used it as a drizzle over roasted carrots. I buy several jars a year and have been purchasing honey from Brighton honey for a few years now. I bought the last jar of the Spring honey this year and was a bit concerned that I would run out before the fall honey had been harvested, thankfully I did not. The honey is always fresh even though it can be stored for long periods of time. Honey comb makes a wonderful natural substitute for sugar making it diabetic friendly. Last but not least I would like to thank Ward and his family for all the efforts required to supply his neighbors and community with these amazing products. As you can see from the photo we use a good bit of honey. The three jars in the photo have been purchased over the last 6 months. Ward please Bee kind and save the last jar for me!

I recently purchased both honey and beeswax from Brighton Honey to create a natural salve for my puppy’s paws—and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the start, the shipping was quick and hassle-free, and everything arrived beautifully and securely packaged. The attention to detail in the presentation alone showed the care behind their products. The honey is absolutely divine—rich, clean, and incredibly flavorful. You can immediately tell it’s pure and high-quality. As for the beeswax, it was clean, easy to work with, and perfect for my DIY salve. The final product turned out beautifully, and my pup’s paws are noticeably softer and more nourished after just a few uses. Brighton Honey has earned a loyal customer—I’ll definitely be back for more!

I’m beyond happy to have found Ward and Brighton Honey. As a first year beekeeper, I was intimidated at taking on a new skill. After reading a few books I felt I was ready to dive in. I found Ward to be extremely knowledgeable with over 20 years of experience and was more than willing to share his knowledge and tools with me. I purchased nucs and some equipment from him and it was an absolutely ideal experience. We were able to drop off our brood boxes with empty frames and he filled them for us to pick up tightly secured and ready to take home. They’re settling in so nicely and I couldn’t be more grateful to Ward.

Was lead to this local upstate New York honey maker by word of mouth from a friend. I’m a novice honey connoisseur; well maybe more like collector; but regardless I gave them a try based on my friends review. We ordered the pure raw Spring Light large jar. First of all shipping was instant. Came within 48 hours of ordering. Love wildflower honey to begin with and this was absolutely superb. Very smooth, very rich, beautiful consistency for immediate use. You cannot go wrong with this maker or this honey the taste will go well with anything you use honey with. For the love of Bees please do not buy prepackaged processed store bought honeys even if they have a fancy bottle and labeling. You never know where that really comes from or how long it’s been there. Support local keepers and their honey you can’t go wrong with local raw produced honey not only for the health benefits, but the quality, taste, and supporting your communities. We will 100% restock soon and excited to try next seasons batch and anything else they decide to put out. Well done Brighton Honey thank...
