I had the most awful experience with Diego and his company. I booked him for my daughter’s first birthday party. I found him on Google, and called him and he agreed to many different things. He agreed to a time of arriving by 7 PM and I needed him from 730 PM to 9 PM. I told him my daughter would enter on the pony by 9 PM and she would only be on it for about 10 minutes and he can leave around 915 PM. I was very honest with Diego of what type of environment it would be. I told him the venue floors are tile, there are some stairs, my daughter would sit on the pony, she is about 18 pounds, so not heavy at all, there would be food there. He can enjoy the appetizers and dinner, my daughter would have her entrance, and then he could leave. I spoke to Diego about three times in the month prior to my daughter‘s birthday. During the week of my daughter‘s birthday, I asked him if I could have some sort of written contract. He said he does not do social media or he does not do text message or emails, but he can send me a letter to my house for which I agreed to, and the letter has still not come to my house till this day. Diego gets there at 6:30 PM and is blowing up my phone calling me. I am still getting ready and not even at the venue yet, causing me to stress out. I even got a voicemail that I heard later, that if I didn’t call him back, he would leave. So already so much miscommunication there with the timing of when he should arrive and when he did arrive. So he brings in a rabbit and a guinea pig and sits by the entrance of the restaurant catering hall. I asked him to bring the rabbit and the guinea pig inside the main hall, which he did, and then goes to sit back outside. If you bring in these animals, isn’t it your job to be next to them and supervise? Also, I did not know that the animals would stay in the cage. Would you not think that since you are hiring animals to pet, they would be out of their cage, or at least on the owners lap? This did not happen. So Diego went back to sit inside the main hall upon me telling him, and people came up to the animals to pet them. By the way, they are very unsafe animals and cannot be taken out of the cage. He tried taking the rabbit out of the cage and the rabbit Seemed like it would just eat your hand off. This should have been spoken to me prior. Now come time for the entrance, he told me that the pony would not be able to go up 2 stairs, but I told him that the catering hall would have stairs. He should have also told me that the DJ should have played music at a low volume, which he did not, so in front of all my guess he is embarrassing me and the DJ by asking him to lower the music, but it was not asking it was him making faces and screaming and waving his arms and hands. In responce to the bad and false coment of this custumer, and unreazonly statement I can only say that her point of view is a inside, very unfair critical and. unjust after all my efforts to make this event a good one, I was hired by her to do this event at her place of business a Diner on Jericho Tpk . The agreed time to start was 7:00 PM,, she arrive late after 8:30 after she arrive, she guide me to the entrance of hall , there was a two level satar case, it become very complicate to make the pony claim that , finally the pony when up an inside . Once inside we were place towad the center and next to the laud and noise. D. J. Exptrimly loud and noice crazy and horrible music, natirally the pony become very unstable and very nerveos to the point that I was loosing control of the animal, I was using all my strench; I constatly ask the D,J, to lower the volumen to no avail ; meanwhile the cages were open, and next to us open and removed so the kids had the freedon of touch and pet them ; my attendent eas there all the time to help them; at no time the custumer complain or say any thing ;; what she later say in false coment is that the attendent did not allow the kids to touch the rabbit or pet him; not true, provably she advice them to be gently when toucheng the animalas because if not touch kindle they may reac and escrath, and the rooster can pecl, finally we finish pack; the custumer paid us and tip my helper. We are in business since 1.984 that is forty years . I have olready and recently work with second generations and very soon procably. third generations ; Kids of Kids this year we have already complete 295 parties or events of all kind, from birthday parties schools, churches, block parties, festivals, carnivals etc, etc. My company is the oldest and the best one and more complete therefore bad or false coments like hers, dont do any harm to us hundres of customers tha know us for years wont pay any attention to such false coments , and keep calling and refering us over and over again like the have been doing for the last 40 years. Diego is great! DO NOT let his son host the party in place of Diego. The son is not personable by any means. I hired these people for 2 of my daughters bday parties and the first one was with Diego. The first one was amazing. He set up the animals on the front lawn and let them all out of the cages. He brought a decent amount of animals where everyone had fun, even the adults. I ordered 2 ponies, 1 for carriage rides and 1 for pony rides.

The second time I got the son and he brought the bare minimum and had a bit of an attitude when I asked if that was all the animals he brought because his dad brought a lot more than he did and put them all in one cage on the lawn and the animals were not as lively as the first time. He didn't do a good job of cleabing up after the animals and seemed annoyed because of me speaking up about it and just came off as arrogant.

If you want to use the company definitely request that only Diego hosts because he is super personable and reasonable. He puts effort into the entertainment with a smile. I haven't recommended them since that interaction I had for the second party I used them for because of the son and...
