A rainy day in Green Lake and bowling logically seemed to to be the best alternative. We decided to try the new bowling Alley! The building was great and we were looking forward To a fun experience with my 6 grandchildren. Place was Crowded so we totally understood the hour wait for 2 lanes And decided to have lunch to make the time go by. Person Who took our order was great but unfortunately that Was where our great experience ended. After almost an hour Of waiting for food we asked tospeak to the manager. There was not an ounce of apology in his voice nor did he really Seem to care. On top of that our lanes which after an hour waiting were given away and we ended up having to settle for only one lane and when we needed 5 more minutes we were made to pay for an additional hour. approaching the owner to explain our experience her first response to “Can you help me” was No I don’t even know who you are . First time since the remodel/change of ownership and we had a great experience. Upgrades and decor are great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Didn’t get to try the food but the specials look great and will definitely be back to give them a try. Bathrooms were clean. Arcade area was easy to use, had a machine in the arcade area to have dollar bills broken down to quarters, which is what the games needed. Most were $0.50 to play but it depends on the game. The games could can entertain adults or kids. There’s a ticket redemption machine, that counts the tickets and gives you a receipt that you can save for later or redeem for a prize. Our group had a good time today. It was nice to see the recap and stats of scores at the end of our bowling. First time bowling at a place that was so techy, that made it easy for set up and even gave you tips on how to bowl your second ball. Super cool, nice job! We’ll be...

I’ve been here a few times. It’s all remodeled really nice and the food is good. I had my son’s birthday party here twice a few years ago all went good. I had his party here again a few months ago our room was booked for 2 hours, 12:00pm-2pm. They were suppose to bring our food in at 12:30 we didn’t get our food till 1:30 and there was another birthday party booked at 2pm. They didn’t bring in the right pizzas or all the food we asked for. The bartender was very unprofessional and had an attitude. We understand they were short staff that day. We were very patient with everyone, but maybe you shouldn’t be having 4 party’s in one day. We had to rush everything and quickly eat before the next party starts. Also when we got there at 11:30am they had left over dishes in the game room on the counter the night before never picked up the whole time...
