Normally I don't write reviews but here we are, so that should say something right off the bat. Let's get the obvious stuff out of the way; Wilsons farms is super clean and neat. Architecturally speaking, it's a very nice yet simple building. The staff is very nice and polite, kept it very professional; I really do appreciate that. There's isn't a lot of places you walk into and feel like family but I'd say this is one of them. Here's a Handful of things I'd like to point out.
A family member comes here for food and had always recommended it. I never got around to it until yesterday, this was my first time buying and coming into the store. I had sent a pre-order out and wasn't ready when I got there which is 100% my fault for not doing it sooner in the day and I'm sorry if that had caused some kind of issues at the time.
At first after opening my package of items I had ordered going down the road, I wanted to make sure I got what I ordered just in case. I did but I didn't, but please let me explain before you think differently from purchasing here. I ordered a handful of different beef and pork cuts to give a little variety. 2 0.4lb spider steaks, 1 lb cube steaks, 1 lb skirt steak, 1 lb cube pork steaks, 1 package of pepper & onion sausage patties, 2 lb boneless ham, 1 lb ham ends, 1 large marrow bone, 1 large smoked marrow bone and a smoked knuckle. I had received the majority of what I ordered but noticed that I received 2 0.2lb spider steaks. I thought to myself, accidents happen or you didn't have enough in stock; nothing to be upset or make a problem out of. After getting home, I noticed something huge about my order. I don't know if this was accidental or meant to happen but I received 1.4 lb skirt steak, 2.5 lb boneless ham which was quite the surprise for me. That in it self is well over the missing 0.4 lb spider steaks or 2 0.2 lb.
My overall experience is great and will be coming back in the future. I will be editing and updating this review with the regards to everything I have ordered.
The smoked knuckle for my dog: I was speechless when I had first laid my eyes on it. Please excuse my language but holy fuck was that thing huge. They're isn't a lot of time my Velcro dog wants to be left alone but this was one of those times and she absolutely loves it. She worked on it for a good couple hours and it has split into its two parts, wouldnt say it's bare just yet but will be by tomorrow morning I bet. Most definitely will be buying more of these, I don't know if I was more surprised by the size of it or the fact that it's only $2. If she's happy, I'm happy.
Peppers & Onions Sausage Patties: 4.5/5 Very flavorful and good, would highly suggest trying with butter toasted buns. They didn't disappoint :)
My apologies for the late updates - 10/22
Pork Cube Steak: 5/5 Incredibly tender and flavorful cut of meat, has a delicate texture that makes every bite soft. When cooked just right, it remains juicy, with a rich, savory taste that melts in your mouth. Whether pan-fried, smothered in gravy, or seasoned with herbs and spices, it provides a comforting, hearty meal that feels both rustic and indulgent. In fact, these are some of the best pork cube steaks I've ever had—dare I say, I prefer them over pork chops. They remind me of childhood meals, full of delicious, tender flavor; Absolutely recommend.
Skirt Steak: 5/5 Rich flavor and tender texture when cooked just right. Juicy and full of flavor. As a thin cut, it cooks quickly, developing a perfect sear on the outside while staying tender and juicy inside. It absorbs marinades exceptionally well, making it perfect for dishes like fajitas, stir-fries, or paired with chimichurri. Incredibly tender—I was even able to cut it with a spoon—it’s a fantastic cut.
A side note, I wish the skirt steak said whether it came from the inside or the outside skirt.
Boneless Ham Roast: It's Still sitting in my freezer, unsure what recipe I want to use with it.

Read moreI tried to place an order as a gift for someone else. The online order would not go through, said "card address does not match shipping address." On any other website this is not a problem. I tried to put it through twice, no no avail, same error. Called my bank, changed the card address to the shipping address. Tried to place order a third time, got same error message. The next day I see on my bank account I have been charged THREE TIMES for the same order. I called Wilson Beef Farms and was politely told to call my bank, they are sorry but there is "nothing" they can do. They also said they show no order that went through, nothing pending on their end. No offer of credit, to make it right, to try again later after speaking with bank and will get free shipping, nothing, no taking responsibility for a shotty website or problem nor any offer to make it right. I called my bank, they show the three charges, they say they will credit them and have no idea why the error occurred nor why the order didn't go through or why it was charged three times to my card. I waited about 4 days and my bank refunded me. I will not be ordering online from W.B. Farms and will go with...
