I have to post here due to the lack of Jill/H.R. not responding to me nor my insurance company. I have called this company several times, left voicemail, even asked each call time for the front attendant to take a message and give it to Jill/H.R., the response was “I can not do that, you have to leave Jill a voicemail if she is not in or does not answer. I will transfer you”. I have two medical bills that this company has know I have gone to get seen for. After so many reports (despite the lack of my manager/Julio not fluently understanding all I said/say). I was finally asked to write a incident report (know I was never shown or told where incident reports forms were, till after so many visits and needing to get checked out for slipping my foot was swelled for a week, breaking out(this matter they did let me know they were handling the clothing, which was always appreciated) and a chemical burn on my leg that kept healing then reopened nearly every three days). I was actually pretty disappointed in this one. The website had made it seem as though there were tours of the factory where you could actually watch some Wisconsin cheese getting made, but we arrived to find no such thing. It's just a retail store that sells cheese and touristy gifts, and probably half of the cheese isn't even their cheese.

I appreciate that we were there on a weekend, when actual production isn't really happening, but there isn't even anywhere to stand and look at the equipment. We were just pointed to a low-resolution video playing in the corner that vaguely describes how cheese is made.

The staff were pretty aloof and seemed to just want to sell us a piece of cheese and get us out of there.
