I’ve stopped in for an air filter cover a month ago on a 20HP Briggs, seeing if they had anything used. They’re all universal on 18, 19, and 20HP Briggs but they were very specific to get the exact model number and said they’d check and call me. They never called me.

I called yesterday for a front rim on a John Deere D130 which they said they’d check but they don’t stock John Deere parts. I told them I understood they weren’t a John Deere dealer but almost all of these small mowers use the exact same parts and I just needed a front rim.

They again never called back. I called again this morning and she said she’d check with the guys if they found anything and put me on hold. She came back on and said no they didn’t don’t anything and without the specific part number they couldn’t tell. Which I interpret as they didn’t look.

I re-explained all these small mowers use the same parts and they have lots of used equipment I see sit and sit for years (I drive by every day). She said they were customers. I guess customers don’t need equipment back for years.

I’m in the market for a new weed wacker and blower, and I like Stihl equipment. But if they can’t call me back or help me over the small stuff, I’m not going to give me business on the...

Ray and John and mark did an awsome job on my mower witch got bent up in a car accident. They did such a good job u couldn't even tell it had been in an accident. Ray also knows I take very good care of my equipment and keep it looking new and I was very pleased that he picked it up and dropped it off and stored it inside while we were waiting on parts.They checked over the entire mower and it looks and cuts great. Outdoor equipment is the place I give my loyalty to even if a part costs a little more because all said an done it's the quality and service and when u gotta wait they give u a break on price if the can . Purchased a DR stump grinder. 2 year warranty the starter would not work, Bring in for service and it's about 1 year old. The Battery Dead. said easy job only few weeks out. Turned into four months plus. No new battery, no starter and had to bring home the unit still not working. After severail calls and stopping in and asking about it being told only a few more weeks and back ordered battery (non DR ) parts. Very disappointed in the service.
