I go here for all of my feed. Great products. I just can’t get over the customer service at the desk. The girls that work at the counter have zero customer service skills. The girl that is usually there she has darker hair.. I don’t think I have ever seen her smile at a customer. Just so bland. The skinny girl that works there is the same way.. we go up to the counter and she goes “what do you want?” As in she’s asking what we want for feed. You talk to them on the phone and they are just so blah. Not a very personable experience. I will still come to get all of our feed but I dread going...

Just got home from my first visit to Bill's Feed Services. I stocked up on layer pellets and scratch grains for my chickens and bags of feed for my bull. They were great to deal with. Feed prices were very reasonable and they were quick loading me up. The store has a little bit of everything. We bought BluKote, gloves and looked at Carhart, Redwing and more.
