Lovey customer service, however the hair did not hit the mark unfortunately... I left and when I actually looked at it in the car I was quite upset to see my balayage was my roots one color and the rest of hair another. Sara Archer was an absolute Hair GODDESS!! She made time for me, she was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. She gave great advice without attempting to make me spend $$$. The prices are great and the service is exceptional. There is a Café that offers drinks and pastry as well...seriously who could ask for more? The ambiance is welcoming and relaxing.....enjoy my friends!...
