Byrne Dairy — Local services in Town of Chili

My husband went in to order our ice cream because the worker at the outside window wouldn't help us. My order was wrong so I went in and got behind another customer in line. Of the 5 workers visible no one was helping anyone. We stood there 3 minutes and finally saw an employee put some gloves on. That took another 2 minutes and he finally took her order after slowly walking up to the counter. I have never seen someone move so slowly. As he was scooping her ice cream he'd have to take breaks after each scoop and lean on the cooler recovering. After 5 scoops he noticed me and said he couldn't help me until he was done with her. And that made him need to take another break leaning on the open cooler over all the open ice cream containers. During this time the other 4 employees were standing behind him chatting, not interested in helping any other customers. I gave up...

If I could give them no stars I would. Went there tonight for ice cream and my boyfriend wanted a chocolate dip, waffle cone, and the person that was helping us was very rude and was like no and then my boyfriend asked for a twist and the person said no we don’t have that because our soft serve machine is down and it’s been down. And secondly, it’s kind of rude to come to work with hickeys all over your neck. It’s very unprofessional if you’re going to have that maybe you should use some concealer because people don’t need to know your business all...

I had a short stop at the airport on 6/4/24, in route to my home of Columbus, OH. We met up with a former coworker that worked at the airport.
