Hickory Hills Country Club — Local services in Town of Chilton

The parking was absolute chaos, was being directed by the workers, then caught attitude from a man that was also parking. The area in the parking lot is congested with vehicles and people just walking all over. Regarding the golf cart ride itself we had a great driver, however, the wait time was long to get to our number, #23. When our number was called we came down and said we had a party of 8, the girl directing the traffic there asked if we wanted to split up in 2 carts. We told her no, as the point we came is to all go together in one cart. The girl immediately gave me the impression she was irritated and then said to us “well it will be about another 45 minute wait” I thought to myself why call our number then? Didn’t make sense! As we were waiting the group ahead of us got into a cart, we were happy that we were the next group to get a bigger cart! Then there was a group behind us, that got the next cart! I told the lady we were the ones that were next, her response was “no this group was waiting longer than you” mind you, their number was 34, we were 23. This will be the last year we will ever attend this event, as we did not feel this situation was handled correctly by, the woman that was directing the groups by the golf carts. We waited a very long time and they increased the prices this year,...

This is an old school, family run gold experience. Customer service is genuine, and the entire crew went above and beyond for a recent mishap. Between 9’s, I misplaced my wedding band. The staff were alerted and over the past several weeks, they scoured the area, feeling bad about the loss.

The ring was found, and then, the magic began. Anna, the founders granddaughter was So excited to share the news of finding the ring. She called, and when I didn’t answer, left a voicemail, and texted with two pictures of a ring. I could feel her excitement and pride.

I picked up the ring, and Anna’s mom said, please no money, ‘we are just doing the right thing’.

Their compassion and commitment to doing what is right, because they care about a ring from a complete stranger is a differentiator. This is a low key operation that does the basics exceptionally. We will return to golf and grab a burger at this quaint course, and hope to personally thank Anna. We’ve golfed major courses, and while customer service training is evident, the Hickory Hills family is extraordinary. Give ‘em a try! Thank you...

Long time golfer, just tried this course for the first time this weekend. It was in fantastic shape (esp for this early in the season) and the course was great for all levels of experience. Fun and challenging, and nice, wide fairways and tee boxes. Brand new carts, and be warned they're a bit...quick on take off. Lol. Everyone we talked to was friendly and welcoming. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating with some quick food at the turn, and was forgiving when we forgot our Entertainer coupon. This Country Club is a bit of a drive (45 min or so from Green Bay), but it is very much worth the trip as the golf is enjoyable, and the small town country side on the way there is a relaxing trip.
