Disappointing experience... According to car-part.com, Performance Auto had the part I needed to repair my car. I called to confirm this, and was invited to come take a look. I live about 25 miles away, so it was a bit of a drive. When I got there, I was directed to go look for the vehicle myself... AND I had to pay a fee to get into the yard! The donor vehicle was NOT in the yard, so they didn't actually have my part. As a result, I wasted an hour and a half of my time and gasoline trying to get a part they didn't actually have in the first place. Read moreMy experience was excellent as usual. I recently bought a 2007 Chevy HD 2500 with a plow. Both needs work. I have been there almost every day this week. Picking up little items for the truck example ashtray, cigarette lighter and a 12 V auxiliary plug. He told me no charge merry Christmas. today I went there for a plow parts. They had exactly what I needed Chad at the counter was very helpful, friendly and courteous and the owner. Rick was exactly the same. He told me come back between 130 and 2 o’clock and they’ll have the parts ready. I drove out of there at 2:08 PM. I would recommend Gallo‘s to anybody.
