Nate at WWDot Computers did an excellent job. The power supply on my 7 year old iBuyPower gaming PC died on Wednesday 3/12/25. I contacted Nate at WWDot Computers and he had me bring it in to his office the next day and confirmed it was likely the power supply. He had me order one to his office and it arrived yesterday 3/19 and Nate let me know it arrived and started working on it today and finished it in just a few hours. I HIGHLY recommend Nate and WWDot computers, the communication was excellent, it’s easy to reach someone, the service is top notch, the repair was done well and very quickly. You’re also supporting a local company instead of a big box retailer...

They charge $60 an hour for working fees, additional costs are added by replacement parts. Not sure if that's industry standard, but they are efficient, and the vast majority of computer issues can probably be solved whiten 1-2 hours. I don't think anyone should expect them to offer a specialty service for minimum wage, so it seems fair enough.

In terms of customer service, something I'm more confident in talking about, they've meet every expectation I had.

Their office is in a church which was undeniably sketchy, but honestly seeing the end result it's pretty easy...

Nathan is the absolute best for all your computer issues. My PC was damaged while in transit. I needed a professionals opinion on the damaged parts and what to do. Nathan was very quick to respond and was eager to help. After sending photos we came to the conclusion that the PC was heavily damaged. He ended up giving me a estimate of what it would be to repair/replace. Nathan helped so much and relieved some of my heavy amounts of stress. I wish that I could give him more than 5 stars!
