We cannot thank Captain Matt enough for the wonderful experience during our Sunset Cruise! His expertise of the region and the interesting details he shared about the ships and natural wildlife along the river made the trip that much better.

As someone who returns to the 1000 Islands every summer with my family, we have done a lot of the tours and activities the area has to offer. This was definitely our favorite so far!

What a WONDERFUL experience we had with Matt! My son and I enjoyed this experience so much that we can’t wait to book it again next year. We had a blast! Matt is not only an experienced fisherman but was also very knowledgeable about the islands, location of were the best spots were to fish and the different birds that we saw. Personally, myself, I enjoyed it all including the boat ride! We caught Fall Fish, Drum Fish, Bass and a Pike!! We had yet another great fishing excursion with Captain Matt this past Thursday! We previously booked an excursion with him in 2023 and couldn’t wait for our trip this year. We have every intention of booking another trip in 2025. We caught seven smallmouth bass, four walleyes and two drum fish. They all were a great size fish that put up a big fight. One of the walleyes was 26 inches long. He knows right where to go for good fishing but he also really cares for the environment of the land and the river along with everything that the river holds.
