Mike's Northwoods Locker, L.L.C. — Local services in Town of Clayton

Been taking my steers to Mike for years! I'm ALWAYS very pleased with his work. I'm not sure what the deal is with the two people who gave bad reviews, but that has never been my experience. ( Maybe because I take nice cattle to him for processing...you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear, and Mike can't make great beef out of a poor quality animal either.) Northwoods locker is a clean, well run shop, family owned and operated, with reasonable prices and good turnaround times. They are a SMALL processor, so I know that my cattle are properly and humanely handled, and that care is take every step of the way from start to finish to deliver the best possible product. Great spot. Owners are easy to contact and have allowed me to come on off hours for pickup when my schedule was tough. Meat is amazing and clean- bacon is good enough that I will probably never go anywhere else. Mike is a great guy....
