I love this store. The guys are always helpful and friendly unlike some other stores that treat the customer like a nuisance. The prices are very fair and the selection is great. I came in 30 minutes before close looking for a hunting rifle last month and the guy at the desk answered all of my questions, ran the background check and stayed open 20 minutes late in the middle of a snow storm to sell me a beautiful tikka T3x for $200 less than another shop was trying to sell it for. They are fine with my son running around and checking out all of the animals when I go to pick up ammo, they have let me order oddball ammo online and get it shipped to them if they don’t have something in stock and are a joy to deal with in general. I gave them my Glock to ship into Glock. It has been 3 weeks and they didn’t even ship it, I had to call them to make sure they were doing their job. It’s a gun store these guys should be doing everything in detail. It’s a NYS gun store at that so they are a lower volume gun store with 4-5 guys clocked in doing nothing behind a desk (I’d love to know the financials of that). Also when I called the manager yelled in the distance “waiting on Glock!” Like no nobody is waiting on Glock it’s your poor management. I will just pick my gun up when it’s ready glad I have to work a second job as a gun store manager until I get it.

My uncle sent this photo and he was just so disappointed. They treated him so poorly. The poor man doesn’t understand how to leave a review so I’m doing it for him. He walked in and said the manager kept making excuses for how dirty the building was. He took this photo of one of their display cases. On top of this all he’s a prior navy vet and was under the impression they are allowed senior and veteran discounts.
