Here’s what we experienced using this organization…take it or leave it.

Side x side Frigidaire under extended warranty. Made a racket whenever compressor ran. North shore was dispatched by warranty company back in October 2022. North shore Repairman said tubing was vibrating . Since the noise was gone after he worked on it, I did not think to ask how he actually repaired it.

Fast forward: the loud noise returned last week. Warranty company set up repair call with different repair company this time That repairman removed the back access panel. I immediately saw a wad of about 6 or 7 paper towels stuffed between the compressor and a circuit box.

So that’s how the North shore repairman “fixed” the vibration problem back in October….with flammable paper towels….against a hot compressor. What could possibly go wrong?

A Rube Goldberg repair is one thing. But knowingly creating a potential fire...

I highly recommend this company. I bought a Samsung stove last year in the end of May and the preheat element would not work this past couple weeks. The most recent issue was it took 1 hr and 15 minutes to get to 385 degrees and never got to 400. I called North Shore and they set up appointment for same week. The gentleman came earlier than schedule and I could not believe how quickly he replaced the broken part. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I did call company for stove and they would not help even though I had year manufacturer warranty. Also I was impressed as since day one of owning the stove the oven it took 15-20 minutes to preheat to 350 but now 8 minutes tops. I will use this company and shout their praises from the rooftop. It is rare to get professionalism and knowledgeable contractor but so happy with this company. Thank you again North Shore Appliance...

Would not recommend

The owner came to my house to repair a bosch refrigerator Worked on it for about an hour said it was fixed I actually tipped him $40 because I was so happy.

It wasn’t fixed it was never fixed afterwards He said that he was ordering the parts and he would be back within a week or so to do the repair They never responded back to me I tried calling multiple times with no luck The receptionist told me at least six or seven occasions that the technician would get back to me which he never did

They blocked my number

I have since heard from other people that have done business with this company that this is their Modus operandi

I wouldn’t do business with them They are not...
