I was so excited to find a local small farmer that was suppling beef. This last year has taught me the importance of buying and supporting neighbors. It also had me focusing on what is best for my body. Finding Cookies n Cream.

I recently got a beef roast. It was butchered and packaged with care. It cool up wonderfully. I appreciated the tenderness of the meat, and was able to lightly seasoned to just high light the taste of the roast.

This place is a hidden gem. I didn’t realize this place existed until very recently. I came across a post from a friend and decided to try it. I bought a five pack ground beef/sausage combo that they were running the month of December for a special and I ended up making chili and burgers and went through all 5 pounds within a week.
